The Arts Council and the City of Wichita Division of Arts & Cultural Services. It also serves as the primary Web site for CityArts, which is a cultural center for expression that is operated by the City of Wichita. Our hope is that this Web site will be a one-stop-shop for people to learn more about arts & culture activities that are happening in the Wichita area.  There is so much to see and do in Wichita, and we welcome your thoughts and comments on how we can continue to enhance this Web site.
